MOTIVATION and WHERE it comes from

Motivation and where it comes from is always a hard topic to discuss. Finding motivation is different for everyone. Motivation is hard to find full stop! There are always ways, tips, and tricks to find a way to get motivated. Once we find motivation the next challenge is to keep positive and stay motivated. There is a lot of content that dives into this motivation topic. I walk through some key thoughts of how motivation comes naturally through purpose.
