Trademarks can be tricky. With the global market increasingly getting smaller it is harder and harder to navigate through all the fine details. Doing your homework is key. Making sure you have the right process setup with trademarks is critical for success. Opportunity always exists even when you are stuck in a situation where there is no immediate solution.
