I am too Embarrassed to ask for help

The all to often situation where we are too embarrassed to ask for help. The moment occurs where we need help but instead of moving towards that help we move away saying “I’m to embarrassed to ask for help. What if someone finds out? What it get’s out and then I have a bigger problem? What if? What if? What if?
