Motivating is a process that takes time and awareness of people and their mind set. As we grow we tend to observe different things about people’s wants and needs. Once we can comprehend these traits we are able to motivate through positives of the wants and needs and risk mitigation of the risks that bring people down.
Leading by example brings security down to a level where the other party gets excited and pumped to push through. Trust building takes time and motivation comes out of that trust!
