Emotional control is critical in any startup or new business venture. As we work towards growth many aspects of our personal life will see a negative impact. Spouses, partners, friends and family will be supportive and happy during the initial stage and as long as money is coming in and goals are being met. If these two things don’t occur, these same people will start to be negative and give an attitude that won’t be welcomed anymore.
