Dealing with betrayal is complicated and hard. Having to deal with people during or after betrayal occurs causes us to be off centered and un-balanced. Maintaining integrity is always critical and in times like these it’s importance goes without saying. I explain in this video how integrity can be used to accelerate healing and help us grow into awesome people.
