Consistency over intensity is something we need to focus on when try to make changes. This is especially true with changing our habits. Success in achieving any goal is about being consistent on the smaller goals to reach that big goal. Intensity often leads to failure because we overestimate our capabilities. Starting slow and growing into any change will lead us to the success we have been looking for.
